God heard you

This morning God showed me people who were heartbroken thinking that He does not care about their situations and was not answering their prayers.

If you've been thinking God is not hearing you, that He doesn't care, you're wrong. God is not a deadbeat father. He's an attentive, loving, Father who sees and cares for you.

Some were on the verge of giving up praying altogether thinking, "What's the point?"

It would be very painful indeed to think there is a God but He doesn't care about you, but this isn't true.

He explained to me that the way He answers prayers is sometimes not in the way people expect and that's why they think He isn't responding.

People pray for money and He gives them an opportunity to give, to sow seed in order to reap a harvest.

They pray for increase and first He shows them how they must repair what's around them so that they can maintain the blessings He has in store for them.

They pray for a spouse, and He revelas to them the charactar issues that must be fixed before He entrusts one of His children to them.

They pray for health and He says, "Come to Me," the way many brought themselves or their sick loved ones to the foot of Jesus.

They say they want to know Him more and He draws them to His Word.

They will ask for a deliverer from bondage, from a Roman army, and He wil send a Deliverer for their souls first.

God is a deep cleaner, not a surface cleaner. He will answer the root of your prayer (and often the leaves, because He is merciful and kind).

Today's video is called, "God heard you." Darling, He did.

(Not every word is for everybody so take it to God in prayer and let Him reveal more)

Watch here:

"Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." 1 John 5:14

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

"Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you." James 4:8a

How Staying Focused Keeps You Afloat

In the last post I wrote about how in the story of Nehemiah, two men called Sanballat and Tobiah were instantly disturbed by Nehemiah's plan to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

Then they laughed and accused Nehemiah of doing wrong. Nehemiah didn't fight them or go on a tirade defending himself. His answer to his newly formed panel of agitators was to state his unmoving faith in God. Even as they spread falsehoods against Nehemiah, he prevailed. How? He kept his eyes on the One who had given him his project. Focus will keep you on track and even in joy as you work. Keep reading.

Rejecting Every False Prophecy/Curse & Choosing God's Vision

When Sanballat and his buddies realized he could not attack Nehemiah's body, they tried to attack his mind with accusations. When they realized the attacks on the mind did not work, they tried to attack his spirit by having him come into physical agreement with false prophecy of imminent attack and death ("they will come and kill you").

What has been falsely prophesied over your work? That it's not a good time to start? That the economy isn't good enough? That no one will like your work? That it will fail? That you're not the one to do it? The enemy cannot physically make you stop but he will try to discourage and discredit you. Come out of agreement with any false prophetic word and come into agreement God's sight for your project. Keep reading.
